今年2月，联邦先是大赦了快速通道CEC类别几乎所有的申请人，4月14号又继续大赦9万人。这9万人分为3个类别，分别是加拿大毕业生类，紧缺职位类，和医疗类。该类别有申请将于5月6日开放，11月5日或者名额满了截止。所以满足要求，需要提前准备，尽快递交申请。
- 加拿大毕业生类：40,000名额
需要2017年1月之后完成学业，目前人在加拿大（保持在加拿大），有工签，在工作，英语达到CLB5，就是满足要求的。申请的具体要求细节见下方：
1. 2017年1月之后完成DLI院校学习项目包括：
a. 公立院校，包括技校、大专院校、大学或者魁北克CEGEP
b. 魁北克按照公校制度运营的私校
c. 魁北克提供DVS或者AVS至少900小时授课项目的公校或者私校
d. 可以授予正式学位的私校内的学位项目
2. 在上面提及的院校内，获得以下学位或者证书
a. 获得学位（Degree），包括本科、硕士和博士，至少8个月项目
b. 如果是任意长度或者短于8个月的项目，学位（Degree）、文凭（Diploma）、证书（Certificate）需要跟技工类专业相关（包括NOC 72、73、82、92、632/633）
c. 一个或者多个同时满足以下条件的文凭、证书或者证明
– 两年制项目，如果拼凑，单个项目不短于8个月，合并不短于两年（16个月制）
– 对于魁北克培训DVS和AVS，单个文凭不短于900小时，多个文凭不短1800小时
– 合并后的项目也需要满足1里面提及的所有要求，且需要再2017年1月之后完成
3. 读书期间一直有合法身份
4. 递交申请时候需要在职且有合法工作身份，如工签。必须是雇佣，不可自雇（除非是与医生或者医疗相关）
5. 英语或者法语需要达到CLB5（雅思5545，思培5555），成绩在两年内获得
6. 申请递交和申请出结果时，都需要在加拿大境内居住，且有合法身份
7. 意向居住在除魁北克之外的省份
8. 递交符合要求的材料和信息
9. 没有其他不准入的情况（inadmissible，如犯罪）
主申请满足以上条件，配偶、同居伴侣和子女可以随同申请。
综上所述，只要目前持有毕业工签，有5分以上的雅思成绩的申请人找到工作就能申请移民。工作目前没有限制。
- 紧缺职位以及医疗类：50,000名额（其中医疗20,000, 紧缺30,000）
申请分A和B两类。A类2万名额优先针对至少有一年医疗相关工作（列表A）经验的申请人，B类3万名额针对必须工作（列表B）一年或者医疗（列表A）和必须（列表B）混合一年工作经验的申请人。简单理解就是A可以申请AB，B只能申请B。
- 申请之前三年内，至少积累一年全职或者等效兼职的工作经验
A类：一年工作经验必须是医疗相关（列表A）
B类：一年工作经验可以医疗（列表A）和必须（列表B）结合
2. 递交申请是必须是在职的状态
3. 工作经验的积累必须基于合法的工作身份
4. 英语法语达到CLB4（雅思听说读写4.5-4-3.5-4 ，思培4444），成绩两年内有效
5. 递交申请和申请批复时，都在加拿大境内居住且有合法身份
6. 意向居住地不能是魁北克省
7. 递交符合要求的材料和信息
8. 不能有其他不准入的情况（inadmissible，如犯罪）
